Solutions Architect

• Design solutions for sales
• Help engineering teams construct technical solutions
• Design efficient solutions meeting client needs within budget without over-engineering
• Ensure solutions are cost optimized to maximize client ROI
• Align stakeholders from the C-suite to developer teams through slides, presentations, and other activities
• Create accurate estimates for every ticket to enable proper resource allocation
• Guide engineers toward right-size, right-cost solutions
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including sales, estimating, coding, program management, and other activities as needed
• Publish thought leadership content 8+ times per year, including blogs, articles, or lunch-and-learns
• Create project plans and tickets with accurate timelines and budgets

• 8+ years of programming experience
• Familiarity with event-oriented application architecture
• AWS Certified or able to achieve an AWS certification within 90 days
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
• Experience with software documentation, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, network diagrams, and UML diagrams
