Senior Business Analyst

• Create business specifications using the SCRUM framework
• Analyze requirements gathering
• Analyze new financial products for integration into existing platforms
• Support UAT with the Finance team
• Negotiate with stakeholders/users and other IT teams
• Keep project documentation up to date
• Monitor regulatory reports

• Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and financial products is desirable
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of GAP Analysis, process walkthroughs, and data quality
