Cloud Engineer

• Support the design, implementation, and operation of AWS infrastructure and shared platform services
• Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure-as-code tools and best practices
• Configure and troubleshoot AWS networking, including VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, load balancers, DNS, and connectivity
• Automate routine operational tasks through scripting, reusable modules, and standard workflows
• Monitor platform health, investigate incidents, and participate in on-call or escalation support as part of a shared team rotation
• Apply security, reliability, availability, cost, and compliance practices to cloud infrastructure and operational processes
• Collaborate with application engineering, security, networking, SRE, and service management teams to resolve issues and deliver platform improvements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, infrastructure standards, and operational procedures
• Participate in code reviews, infrastructure reviews, technical planning, and continuous improvement of team processes
• Contribute to reusable, self-service platform capabilities for application teams

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, systems administration, or a related infrastructure role
• Professional experience supporting AWS environments in development, test, or production
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools and systems
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
