IT Support Engineer

• Provide occasional L2 ticket-based support for employees using internal server-based and cloud-based applications, resolving issues per SLAs and escalating to L3 when needed
• Manage employee onboardings and laptop operating systems, MDM, hard disk encryption, antivirus installations, and troubleshooting
• Maintain office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, access points, and Chromecast devices, coordinating with ISP teams
• Monitor applications, systems, alerts, and scheduled jobs to ensure overall health and timely execution
• Maintain configurations for routers, firewalls, network switches, and IP telephony
• Resolve and maintain office IT infrastructure issues
• Keep domain registrations, SSL certificates, and product licensing up to date
• Perform application installations, configurations, upgrades, migrations, and consolidations
• Develop knowledge of managed systems, applications, and best practices
• Use, write, and maintain knowledge-base articles

• 3+ years' experience providing L1/L2 support via a ticketing system
• 2+ years' hands-on experience in laptop support, preferably both on Macintosh and Windows OS
• 1+ years' hands-on experience providing application support for applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
• Good written and oral communication skills in English, including spelling and grammar
• Good ability to work within a mature support process
• Preferable: experience in shell scripting, Python, or command line (CLI) tools
• Preferable: experience with Atlassian products
• Preferable: experience in public cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Preferable: 1+ years' hands-on experience as a Linux system administrator, including basic understanding of the Linux file system, DNS, and SSL
• Preferable: 1+ years' hands-on experience in network administration
