Mid-Level Attorney

• Provide legal services to the firm’s clients across a range of matters
• Analyze documents and draft pleadings and other legal submissions
• Support negotiations and develop strategies to maximize the success of cases and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and contribute to achieving defined targets and maintaining legal certainty
• Act as a negotiator and conflict-resolution professional, seeking efficient, results-oriented solutions
• Handle various stages of legal proceedings, from analyzing and drafting contracts to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings
• Organize and oversee legal advisory activities, ensuring compliance in commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices
• Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with clients
• Guide the review and preparation of pleadings and legal documents
• Prepare litigation and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system
• Draft and implement legal instruments of varying complexity
• Assess risks, conduct legal assessments, and recommend legal alternatives to support the firm’s objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• At least six months of experience at a law firm or in a corporate legal department
• Advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with an emphasis on drafting pleadings and contract analysis
• Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure
