Trainer / Instructor for IT Specialist in Application Development Retraining Program

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
• Prepare and create instructional materials based on the curriculum
• Conduct competency assessments
• Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the job market
• Contribute to participants’ skills development as a source of expertise and learning facilitator

• Completed training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience
• In-depth knowledge and skills in various areas of software development and information technology
• Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Practical experience in software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies
• Knowledge of databases and SQL
• Knowledge of software architecture and design
• Knowledge of virtualization with Hyper-V
• Knowledge of operating systems, system architecture, and security practices
• Interest in and ability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into teaching
• Teaching aptitude, e.g., an instructor qualification under AEVO
• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
• Strong methodological and instructional skills for communicating educational content
• Independent, well-structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Excellent proficiency in the language of instruction, German at C2 level
