GEO Consultant

• Provide dedicated support to clients, focusing on visibility in AI search systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Mode
• Advise strategically on how GEO integrates with SEO, SEA, social media, PR, and other online marketing channels
• Research target audience questions in AI systems and develop prompt sets
• Measure AI visibility using tools such as Peec AI
• Analyze the sources cited by AI systems
• Derive concrete measures for AI-understandable and citation-worthy content, product data for ChatGPT Shopping and Google Shopping, and brand mentions on relevant third-party websites
• Prioritize measures based on revenue and lead potential
• Provide operational support for client projects and create tickets for developers and technical service providers
• Develop action plans and roadmaps together with clients
• Support clients through regular meetings until goals are achieved
• Share GEO knowledge with client teams
• Test new GEO approaches and share insights with the team
• Further develop the standard GEO process

• At least 3 years of professional experience in SEO or Organic Search
• Experience in organic search and an interest in GEO
• Initial experience with GEO projects or personal GEO testing
• Understanding of how the key online marketing channels work and interact
• Experience with larger online shops, product data, or Google Shopping is a plus
• Analytical approach and ability to derive clear recommendations from large volumes of data
• Experience with AI tools and APIs
• Ability to build custom automations
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly, including to decision-makers without a technical background
• Structured and organized approach when managing multiple client projects
• Strong sense of responsibility and an ownership mindset
• Very strong written and spoken German
• Experience with larger projects, typically involving approximately 10,000 or more indexed URLs
• Interest in a long-term collaboration
• Motivation to help companies achieve greater success through consulting
