Trainees as IT Trainers/Instructors for IT Specialists in System Integration

• Participate in a 12-month trainee program preparing you for a role as an IT trainer/instructor
• Receive professional and methodological-didactic support from experienced colleagues
• Deliver IT training in accordance with the learning fields defined in the IHK framework curriculum, with a focus on IT specialists in system integration
• Teach IT workplace equipment, including hardware and software
• Teach current server and client operating systems for Windows and/or Linux
• Teach networking technology, network topologies, network components, interconnection devices, protocols, and OSI layer models
• Teach virtualization and cloud computing
• Automate administration processes using PowerShell and Bash
• Teach IT security, including attack types, firewalls, DMZs, encryption, and VPNs
• Teach data protection in accordance with the GDPR and data security
• Learn the fundamentals of training delivery through online trainer development courses
• Proactively help shape IT retraining programs and prepare for future teaching areas

• Reliable and team-oriented approach to work
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to others
• Affinity for and enthusiasm about IT topics
• Technical background in system integration, such as a qualification as an IT specialist in system integration, comparable training, further IT education or certifications, a technical degree, or relevant professional experience
• Very good German language skills, at least C1 level
• Applicants without an IT qualification are also welcome
• Motivation to become a trainer
