Attorney

• Ongoing client representation and business development
• Supporting the expansion of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice
• Developing and establishing structures
• Implementing IT solutions
• Advising companies, investors, founders, and executives on business law matters

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
• In-depth experience advising companies in financial distress
• Experience with insolvency plan proceedings and StaRUG proceedings
• Experience defending managing directors and executives against liability claims
• Experience with insolvency avoidance actions
• Strong communicator with a proactive, results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and excellent teamwork skills
• Outstanding relevant qualifications, particularly top-tier German state examination results (Prädikatsexamina)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly meticulous working style
• Willingness to travel (approximately two two-day trips to Berlin per month)
