Senior Operations Manager, CEMEA Core Delivery

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the CE & META core delivery team
• Lead, direct and support CE & META Operations Delivery Managers
• Coach, mentor and develop teams to build capability, engagement and a high-performance culture
• Drive workforce planning, resource utilization and capacity management
• Lead continuous improvement and harmonization of operational processes across the region
• Develop efficient, transparent and client-focused ways of working
• Monitor operational performance and drive measurable improvements
• Support regional business objectives and collaborate with compliance and technical teams
• Enhance customer satisfaction, service quality and client retention
• Partner with regional and wider EMEA stakeholders on shared objectives
• Contribute to growth plans, resource optimization and scalable delivery solutions

• Strong background in operational leadership, ideally within assurance, certification or a related industry
• In-depth knowledge of management systems auditing and certification processes
• Lead Auditor qualification and broad technical experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve outstanding performance
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to make sound decisions, manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
• Business-level English is essential
• Additional European languages or Arabic would be an advantage
