Global People Operations Specialist

• Oversee the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions supporting global people processes
• Configure, maintain, and operate HR systems and processes in collaboration with People Leadership and system administrators
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and lead root-cause analysis and resolution
• Identify process gaps and operational risks, and implement sustainable solutions
• Lead quality assurance, release readiness, testing, and validation of system changes
• Translate evolving business needs into system and process improvements
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation and adoption
• Guide change management, communication, training, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Advise stakeholders using data, business context, and operational expertise
• Monitor industry trends and emerging capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation
• Ensure compliance with global governance, security, data privacy, and HR technology best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned HR technology solutions and participate in communities, forums, and projects

• Strong understanding of HR cloud solutions
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and ServiceNow HRSD preferred
• Ability to understand complex datasets, connect information from multiple sources, identify opportunities and risks, and translate insights into strategic recommendations
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization with both technical and business audiences
• Experience leading projects and initiatives, defining requirements, managing stakeholders, and driving execution through delivery
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience providing operational support for HR platforms is a plus
• SAP SuccessFactors module certification is a plus
• Understanding of IT concepts, XML concepts, integration concepts and tools, and configuration items is a plus
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to build relationships across functions and drive continuous improvement
