Senior SAP IS-U Consultant – Utilities

• Analyze and structure customers’ business requirements and develop solution and implementation concepts
• Support SAP IS-U transformation and migration projects to SAP S/4HANA Utilities
• Optimize and design utility business processes, particularly billing, invoicing, market communication, and device management
• Conduct testing, prepare documentation, and deliver user training for the introduction of new solutions
• Design and develop new SAP Fiori apps and enhance the user experience across existing SAP system landscapes
• Act as a mentor to junior consultants and support their professional and personal development
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Several years of hands-on experience in the SAP IS-U environment, ideally with a utility company, energy services provider, or SAP/IT consultancy
• In-depth knowledge of utility business processes
• Strong consulting expertise in billing, market communication, and FI-CA
• Experience taking responsibility for customer projects
• Confidently operate at the interface between business and IT
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting junior consultants in their development
• Business-fluent German, at least at C1 level
