Customer Success Consultant – Onboarding

• Lead group onboarding training sessions for new customers, ensuring effective system adoption
• Invite and engage customers to participate in training sessions and follow up with absentees
• Support customers via WhatsApp and phone calls, following a defined cadence through activation
• Own the portfolio’s activation metrics and take action when performance falls below expectations
• Identify customer blockers and propose improvements to onboarding training, materials, and processes based on data
• Serve as a Simples Dental subject-matter expert, mastering its features and best practices and supporting the team with questions
• Work with Sales, Support, and Product to resolve obstacles at the beginning of the customer journey

• Experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, or training
• Comfortable leading group training sessions
• Able to work with customers who are difficult, rushed, or resistant to change
• Accountable for targets and KPIs, tracking results through data
• Enjoy teaching and repeating content for new customers
• Able to manage and organize multiple WhatsApp conversations simultaneously
• Use data to identify customer blockers and propose process improvements
• Share knowledge with the team and support new team members
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience leading training sessions or presentations for groups
• Experience working with targets and KPIs
• Comfortable assisting customers via WhatsApp and phone
• Experience with a CRM or customer service platform, such as Pipedrive or an equivalent tool
• Organized and able to manage your own schedule, training groups, and activities
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics simply
• Self-motivated and able to solve problems and propose improvements
