Senior Financial Accountant

• Preparing and maintaining day-to-day financial accounting, including payment processing
• Preparing and producing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
• Preparing VAT returns
• Submitting statistical reports
• Supporting ongoing bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for the European entities
• Reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts, as well as intercompany (IC) accounts
• Supporting audits conducted by external audit firms
• Preparing analyses and reports for management

• Certified Accountant qualification (Bilanzbuchhalter)
• Extensive professional experience as a Senior Accountant
• Experience with SAP Cloud ERP/SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign is desirable
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Good English language skills, required for working in an international team
• Willingness to learn and openness to new circumstances and challenges
