Learning Facilitator

• Steer daily live virtual training sessions for assigned batches
• Ensure trainees can apply learning to real client tasks
• Ask guiding questions and facilitate independent problem-solving
• Score assessments against established rubrics
• Run realistic mock client introduction calls and mock interviews
• Combine checkpoint scores and session notes into trainee readiness decisions
• Improve training content, role-plays, and delivery with the Assistant Training Manager
• Deliver at least one improvement per quarter that measurably improves engagement or retention
• Raise performance risks and program gaps to the Training Supervisor
• Determine when trainees are ready to work with US clients

• 1+ year of virtual training experience with a demonstrable track record
• 1+ recent year working as a VA/EA with US clients
• Experience running live sessions and mock interviews
• Experience giving structured, constructive feedback
• Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adjust mid-session
• Daily hands-on use of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools at work
• Ability to teach others to use AI effectively
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Discord, and Slack
• Presentation skills in Google Slides, Canva, or similar
• Fully comfortable with a fixed overnight PHT schedule
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Reliable home workspace with 40 Mbps internet
• Full-time availability
• Ability to work weekdays from 9 PM to 6 AM PHT
