Sales Setter, Full-Time – Premium Fitness Coaching

• Conduct qualified initial calls with prospects who have actively reached out
• Identify potential, build genuine connections, establish trust, and initiate the next step
• Support clients empathetically and clearly as they make decisions about personal matters
• Assist Client Advisors with operational tasks
• Handle the scheduling, preparation, and follow-up of Client Advisor appointments

• Completed vocational training is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow established processes
• Calm, pleasant, and engaging voice
• Discipline and reliability combined with genuine warmth
• Ability to engage people immediately with energy and enthusiasm
• Organization and diligence paired with empathy and friendliness
• Stable living situation in Germany or Austria

• Performance-based compensation: €36,000–€60,000 gross per year (base salary + commission)
