Field Service Engineer

• Meet daily service repair needs for customers' equipment
• Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence
• Perform maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of sold or existing products at customer sites
• Maintain MRI and CT modalities across the assigned area
• Troubleshoot complex electronic, mechanical, electrical, and IT system-level problems
• Interface daily with doctors, radiographers, and biomedical engineers regarding equipment status
• Assist in account sales visits and identify sales opportunities
• Help train others and share best practices
• Support business growth in the assigned area
• Control warranty, installation, and planned maintenance contract costs
• Complete administrative tasks and documentation on time
• Complete field modifications and planned maintenance inspections
• Lead complex and multifunctional room installations
• Maintain quality systems according to GE Service Quality Policy

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-5 years field service experience in healthcare industry or equivalent
• Experience handling technical queries for radiology/imaging equipment such as MR, CT Scan, Angiography, Molecular Imaging (PETCT, SPECT), Radiopharmacy, or other X-ray types
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Willingness to learn new techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Willing to be located in Southern Sumatera on a permanent basis
