Cybersecurity Engineer

• Engineer and support identity and access management and cybersecurity capabilities
• Work with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID
• Implement and troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, provisioning, certificates, tokens, claims, attributes, and identity synchronization
• Create automation using workflows, scripting, REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies
• Work with ServiceNow or other enterprise ITSM platforms
• Support security logging, monitoring, and SIEM technologies
• Contribute to mission-critical technology systems that drive business advantage for Kyndryl customers
• Pursue continuous learning, certifications, and professional development in cybersecurity and related technical areas
• Collaborate inclusively with customers, colleagues, industry alliances, and vendors

• 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, or a related technical field
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or comparable enterprise identity platforms
• Understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and least privilege
• Working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, and SCIM 2.0
• Experience creating automation through workflows, scripting, REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies
• Experience troubleshooting authentication, provisioning, certificates, tokens, claims, attributes, or identity synchronization issues
• Experience working with ServiceNow or another enterprise ITSM platform
• Familiarity with security logging, monitoring, and SIEM technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Preferred: Experience with Okta Workflows, Okta Identity Governance, or Okta Advanced Server Access
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Entra Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Protection, Microsoft Graph, enterprise applications, or app registrations
• Preferred: Experience integrating IAM platforms with HR systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, ServiceNow, or other enterprise SaaS platforms
• Preferred: Familiarity with workload identities, service principals, application credentials, certificates, and secrets
• Preferred: Experience operating IAM services in a large enterprise or regulated environment
• Preferred: Okta, Microsoft, cybersecurity, cloud, or IT service-management certifications
