Invoice Auditor – Disability Position

• Process all freight and invoice audits in the FRED platform or another internal tool.
• Approve processes or resolve blocks by making corrections in the platform, through Issue Resolution, or via a Jira task within 48 hours.
• Perform invoice duplication checks, account cleanup, manual inputs, and customized reporting.
• Navigate and use Transporeon’s Freight Audit web platform and support tools.
• Audit freight invoices and shipment data, verifying validity, accuracy, and cost calculations according to the terms of the rate table.
• Optimize business processes.
• Apply knowledge of customer-specific requirements and data processing.
• Notify the Audit Team Lead when the final deliverable cannot be completed on time.
• Communicate with other teams through the JIRA platform.
• Communicate with customers and carriers through the Transporeon Freight Audit web platform.
• Complete required actions within internal KPIs and finalize audits within the invoice payment terms.

• Proof of disability is required for the PWD position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Logistics, International Economic Relations, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of logistics is a plus.
• Previous experience in Finance or Auditing is a plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
