Senior SAP Functional Consultant

• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications
• Configure the SD, MM, FI/CO, BP, and CCM modules in S/4HANA
• Design Trade Promotion, commercial conditions, agreements, and settlement processes
• Assess the functional impacts, dependencies, and risks of solutions
• Support the technical team in translating functional designs into technical solutions
• Develop test scenarios and scripts, execute SIT, and lead UAT with key users
• Perform defect triage and maintain traceability between requirements and tests
• Support cutover and go-live activities, including data loading, reconciliation, and go/no-go criteria
• Provide post-production support and prepare documentation and training materials
• Collaborate with the Master Data, OTC, Security, Basis, Integration, and Demand Planning teams

• Experience with SAP implementation projects
• Experience with S/4HANA projects
• Functional knowledge of SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, SAP Business Partner (BP), and SAP CCM (Condition Contract Management / Settlement Management)
• Experience with SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or another TPM solution
• Experience with configuration and customizing, including customizing and configuration tables, number ranges, authorization objects, and SAP Workflow
• Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting technical design
• Experience with integrated testing (SIT), UAT, and cutover
• Experience in high-volume production environments
• Advanced English proficiency
• Willingness to reside in São Paulo or collect the company-provided equipment in São Paulo
• SAP certification in SD, MM, FI/CO, or S/4HANA, knowledge of OTC, integration with Demand Planning, and familiarity with ABAP, CDS, and Fiori are considered advantages
