Email Marketing and CRM Manager

• Collaborate with online shops across various e-commerce sectors
• Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the team
• Conduct regular check-in calls and build strong client relationships
• Take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects
• Develop strategies and best practices for sending volumes and email marketing
• Develop innovative tests for clients
• Collaborate with operational teams on copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation
• Influence clients’ growth rates and profitability

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
• Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
• Willingness to learn new tools
• Open and approachable personality with a positive attitude
• Analytical skills for interpreting data
• Creativity in developing marketing strategies
• Fluency in German
• Solid written and spoken English skills
