Product Owner, Fintech Experienced – Cards Acquiring, Contract

• Own product strategy and development of CP and e-commerce acquiring, including POS and unattended solutions
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Lead product planning, development, testing, launches, and continuous optimization
• Drive acquiring economics, merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, processor costs, and profitability
• Lead cross-functional teams, challenge technical solutions, make product decisions, and manage external partners
• Establish scalable processes and ensure effective operational handover

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services
• Proven CP/POS acquiring product experience and strong e-commerce acquiring knowledge
• Understanding of CP/CNP acquiring, processing, authorization, settlement, and card-payment ecosystems
• Experience with processors, POS vendors, gateways, acquirers, and card schemes
• Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, acquiring economics, and relevant regulations
• Strong analytical, commercial, strategic, communication, and leadership skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Open Banking/A2A, SQL, databases, SDLC, Jira, and Confluence experience are advantages
