Senior Site Contracts Lead

• Coordinate contract management delivery for complex, global clinical studies
• Lead the development, negotiation, and finalisation of site contracts and budgets
• Act as a key escalation point for contract issues and propose balanced solutions
• Collaborate with legal, finance, project management, and other stakeholders
• Monitor contract cycle times and performance metrics
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Support customer meetings and governance forums with contracting updates, risks, and mitigation plans
• Mentor and guide contract specialists and leads
• Contribute to training, standards, and best practices within the contracts function

• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
• Experience leading development, negotiation, and finalisation of site contracts and budgets for complex or high-priority clinical studies
• Ability to resolve contractual issues and balance site needs, sponsor requirements, and internal policies
• Ability to collaborate with legal, finance, project management, and other stakeholders
• Experience monitoring contract cycle times and performance metrics
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Experience supporting customer meetings and governance forums
• Experience mentoring and guiding contract specialists and leads
