Procurement Manager, JTL, E-Commerce

• Manage operational and strategic procurement
• Ensure products are available on time and at competitive terms
• Structure procurement processes and continuously improve them
• Make optimal use of JTL for procurement planning and inventory control
• Monitor delivery dates, inventory levels, and stock coverage, identifying potential shortages at an early stage
• Contact and follow up with suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with agreements
• Review supplier invoices and resolve and correct discrepancies
• Ensure reliable communication with internal teams in the event of delivery delays
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Inventory Management, and senior management
• Analyze key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and further develop procurement strategically

• Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in e-commerce or retail
• Extensive hands-on experience with JTL and its use in procurement and inventory processes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure
• Friendly yet assertive manner and the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
• Affinity for numbers, meticulous working style, and ability to identify errors at an early stage
• Forward-thinking mindset and solution-oriented approach
• Open, transparent, and solution-oriented communication
• Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style
