Lead DevOps/SRE Engineer

• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation
• Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
• Participate hands-on in implementation and problem-solving
• Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team
• Provide technical guidance and decision-making support
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations
• Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team

• Technical debt remediation experience
• Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving
• Technical leadership and decision making
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Risk and dependency management
• Technical planning and prioritization
• Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance
• Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential; will be evaluated
• Candidates residing in Mexico must be currently residing in Mexico
• Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC
• Candidates must have RFC with homoclave and current Constancia de Situación Fiscal issued by SAT in Mexico for hiring
