Veterinary Nurse

• Undertake general nursing duties, including pre- and post-operative patient care
• Assist veterinarians during consultations and procedures
• Prepare for surgery and assist in theatre
• Monitor anaesthesia and support patient recovery
• Collect and process pathology samples
• Provide medical nursing and hospital patient care
• Assist with minor procedures when required
• Provide dental nursing and patient care
• Maintain high hygiene standards throughout the clinic, including surgical areas and equipment
• Handle client enquiries in person, by phone, and by email
• Support reception and administrative duties when required
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic
• Deliver exceptional care to veterinary patients and clients

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2+ years' clinical veterinary nursing experience
• Strong surgical nursing skills
• Confidence in anaesthetic monitoring and patient care
• Experience across medical and hospital nursing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for animal welfare
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Team-first mindset and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Experience with RxWorks is desirable but not essential
