Infrastructure Automation Engineer – Ansible, AWX, DevOps

• Automate lifecycle management using AWX and Ansible
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, including integration of existing external automation
• Independently carry out defined tasks on automation systems from planning through implementation
• Create Bash and Python scripts to automate recurring tasks and streamline operations
• Thoroughly document environments and systems before implementation
• Design and document automation and network environments for customer and internal projects
• Suggest improvements to configurations and technical details
• Train and onboard new colleagues and share knowledge within the team
• Participate in a shift roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Support colleagues beyond the core role to broaden expertise and help the team

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, excluding educational programs and internships
• Extended, hands-on knowledge of AWX and Ansible
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python, with the ability to create scripts independently
• Extended knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
• Extended knowledge of databases and networking
• Independent, structured way of working and a strong sense of ownership
• Ability and motivation to train and onboard new colleagues
• Fluent English and Spanish
• German is a plus
