Business Insights Analyst

• Analyze large-scale Generative AI deployments
• Draw insights from conversational data to uncover and communicate growth opportunities
• Craft compelling narratives around performance and impact
• Support Customer Success and Strategy teams with client requests beyond standard deliverables, strengthening the client partnership
• Handle ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders based on priority
• Develop analytical insights that measure client performance across key inputs such as performance metrics and customer experience
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to shape account strategy, create forecasts, and quantify the impact of technology
• Identify creative new ways to analyze data at scale
• Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver strategic insights and maximize customer value

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience connecting data analysis to business drivers
• Exposure to client or stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage and prioritize across competing requirements
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write new queries and interpret existing queries
• Proficiency in creating impactful presentation materials in PowerPoint or Google Slides to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data visualization or analytics tools
• Experience leveraging large language models for analytics purposes
• Specific experience analyzing customer behavior
