Full-Stack Developer, Java Specialist

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable Java services, ensuring high-performance and cost-efficient solutions.
• Define technical standards, reusable modules, and best practices for multiple development teams.
• Implement and monitor robust observability, security, and automated testing solutions for distributed systems.
• Conduct organization-wide code reviews, resolve critical incidents, and validate technical proofs of concept (POCs).
• Mentor developers, promoting the adoption of best practices and alignment with organizational goals.
• Optimize integrations with complex CI/CD pipelines, databases, and messaging systems, ensuring resilience and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a technical reference for strategic decisions involving APIs, infrastructure, and software architecture.

• Advanced Java 11+ development using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data.
• Experience designing and maintaining solutions based on microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).
• Building efficient integrations with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and databases (Postgres, Redis, and MongoDB).
• Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Configuring and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and advanced version control with Git.
• Implementing observability practices using Prometheus/Grafana and ELK.
• Designing and automating tests with JUnit and Mockito, and using a profiler (JFR) for performance optimization.
