Educational Operations Specialist – Trading and Financial Markets Focus

• Oversee and organize the day-to-day operations of the educational department, coordinating management and team members
• Organize the allocation of classes and activities among mentors and moderators
• Support students from the beginning of their journey, providing guidance on platforms, tools, and resources
• Conduct checkpoints and one-on-one follow-ups to identify challenges, progress, and next steps
• Monitor student expirations, pauses, activations, continuations, and program completions
• Structure, document, and continuously improve the department’s processes, workflows, and routines
• Administer the LMS, content, materials, and stages of the learning journey
• Manage the educational structure on Discord and other company tools, including channels, rooms, and access permissions
• Develop and update educational materials, processes, and resources
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to improve the student experience and identify opportunities for improvement
• Centralize and organize operational tracking in ClickUp, structuring information, histories, follow-ups, and automations
• Support management in building an organized, scalable, and efficient educational operation

• Interest in or experience with education, financial markets, or trading
• Comfortable using digital tools, management platforms, and information organization systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds

• Able to move between operational, strategic, and student relationship activities
• Strong logical reasoning skills and comfort working with numbers and data analysis
• Knowledge of or experience with clear communication, explaining complex concepts, lesson planning, mentoring and tutoring, identifying learning difficulties, individual student follow-up, feedback and guidance, and conducting online classes
• Education or experience in fields that develop strong logical and analytical reasoning skills, preferably Mathematics or Physics
