HR Interim Director

• Oversee Wiztivi’s HR operations in close relationship with the CEO
• Drive the RIF (PSE), including establishing the consultation timeline with the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), preparing formal documentation, coordinating with the law firm and the group, managing the outplacement firm, and overseeing the process through DREETS approval
• Serve as point of contact for the 8-member CSE on the economic and social aspects of the project
• Communicate clearly, firmly, and consistently with the CSE
• Explain the company’s financial situation, history, and trajectory to teams and the CSE to legitimize the process
• Manage day-to-day HR operations
