Full Stack Product Engineer – Bling Schule

• Own platform areas from technical concept and architecture through to operations
• Make architecture decisions collaboratively with the CTO and Lead Developer
• Further develop infrastructure, services, data models, and the AWS cloud environment
• Establish standards for code quality, testing, and observability
• Work directly with customers and translate the day-to-day realities of schools and childcare centers into practical solutions
• Help shape the technical direction of a cashless payment provider for schools and childcare centers

• Several years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Experience with production systems used by real users
• Experience with TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, relational databases, and AWS; alternatively, Java/Spring Boot or C#/.NET combined with TypeScript experience
• Experience using modern AI coding tools
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions independently and explain the reasoning behind them
• Experience with complex business domains or regulatory requirements—such as payments, billing, financial products, or healthcare—is a strong plus
• Independent working style and willingness to contribute your own ideas
• Commitment to clean engineering and pragmatic decision-making
