Senior Solutions Architect

• Provide technical leadership for the greenfield development of a new Fixed Income Platform
• Architect and code critical system components in Java, ensuring high performance and fault tolerance
• Orchestrate and optimize the AI-assisted development pipeline
• Create code prompts, validate outputs, and automate testing
• Define API integration specifications and communication bus interfaces with Fixed Income partners and data providers
• Lead Architecture Reviews, technical refinement sessions, and code standards alignment
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
• Participate in discovery sessions with the PO/PM and contribute to high-level technical effort analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Java, preferably version 11 or later
• Strong command of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and Spring Security
• Knowledge of development tools and LLMs, including Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise
• Experience with prompt engineering for code, test, and documentation generation
• Solid experience with microservices architecture, DDD, EDA, REST APIs, and design patterns
• Experience automating processes and working with RabbitMQ, Kafka, and integrations with multiple vendors and third-party APIs
• Proficiency with Git and workflows such as GitFlow or trunk-based development
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, unit and integration testing, SonarQube, Clean Code, and design patterns
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, and Spring Test
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools
• Experience with monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, metrics, alerts, and APM
• Experience with authentication and authorization using Okta, OAuth 2.0, JWT, or OpenID Connect
• Knowledge of Google Cloud and hands-on experience configuring service meshes such as Istio
• Familiarity with BigQuery for large-scale data analysis is a plus
• Experience or familiarity with financial markets, particularly Fixed Income and Credit, is a plus
