Project Associate, Mandarin

• Support Project Delivery Executives to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Assist with operational tasks for project setup
• Develop project guidelines and project planning
• Complete project administrative tasks according to client and internal standards
• Guide remote annotators via internal communication platforms and resolve project-specific queries
• Perform thorough quality checks to optimize accuracy
• Provide daily progress updates to the Project Manager and proactively flag risks, blockers, or delays
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes and propose actionable solutions
• Support management of AI data annotation projects involving Mandarin and/or Cantonese language data
• Report to the Head of Delivery and work alongside Project Delivery Executives

• Entry-level; 0–2 years of experience in project management in any capacity
• Proficiency in Mandarin, including the ability to read, write, and converse confidently
• Possess or be working towards a relevant degree such as Business Studies, Engineering, BA, or another professional degree
• Candidates of all educational backgrounds welcome, including students and fresh graduates
• Technical competence in Google Suites, including high proficiency with spreadsheets
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and reliability
• Fast learner, self-driven, and results-oriented
• High level of commitment, integrity, and a can-do working attitude
• Efficient time management skills; able to multitask and manage own time
• Resourcefulness in problem-solving, especially when tackling new challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Project management experience in any capacity is a bonus
• Proficiency in other languages is an advantage

• Fully remote or hybrid work arrangement
• Option to work from the Plaza Sentral office on Mondays and Fridays
• Minimum three-month contract, renewable upon satisfactory performance
