Solutions Architect, Integrations – MENA

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end onboarding support
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
• Analyze clients' technical and functional requirements and design solutions based on Sardine's system and product capabilities
• Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
• Understand customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions using Sardine's technology
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
• Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI
• Experience with web development
• Experience writing scripts to build internal tools, such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, and Postman
