Recruiter, Sales & Corporate Functions

• Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback and offers, from entry to senior level
• Recruit across CBO functions including sales, business development, partnerships and other commercial/revenue-generating roles
• Recruit across corporate functions including Finance, Legal, People, Marketing and Communications
• Build pipelines for multiple requisitions across functions and geographies
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, talent operations and finance to build hiring strategies and plans
• Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on recruiting processes, interview best practices and decision-making
• Provide high-touch candidate experiences and develop ways to engage and delight candidates
• Track candidate data accurately and use recruiting systems correctly for business reporting
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using creative sourcing approaches in a high-velocity requisition environment
• Represent Airbnb and communicate its mission authentically

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting for revenue-generating roles including Sales, Business Development and Partnerships, and corporate/G&A functions including Finance, Legal, People, Marketing and Communications
• Experience in high-velocity, high-volume recruiting environments
• Ability to manage a large, fast-moving requisition load while maintaining a high bar and speed to close
• Experience recruiting across international markets in EMEA
• Experience delivering a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience
• Track record identifying, qualifying and closing exceptional candidates in competitive, quota-carrying or commercial talent markets
• Working knowledge of sales/BD compensation structures, including base, OTE and commission
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and influencing skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent, time-sensitive searches
