Manager – Strategy Consulting, Project and Client Responsibility

• Analyze strategic and organizational issues and develop structured, actionable solutions
• Independently take ownership of work packages within projects and be responsible for their implementation
• Manage projects or sub-projects and serve as a key point of contact for clients
• Present results to stakeholders at different levels and support their implementation
• Contribute to the development of new topics and offerings
• Assume initial responsibility for building and developing client relationships
• Support the development of junior colleagues in the project context
• Work on internal topics and support knowledge development within the company
• Work in small project teams and further develop your own topics, your role within the team, and your client-facing responsibilities

• At least four years of experience in management or strategy consulting
• Independent project work and responsibility for work packages
• An outstanding degree in business, economics, engineering, or another technical field
• Ability to quickly structure complex topics and work analytically and in a solution-oriented manner
• Confident presence in client situations and clear, persuasive communication skills
• Willingness to take responsibility for your own topics and drive them forward independently
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel as part of project work
