Senior Identity & M365 Engineer

• Own and continuously improve Quest's Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender
• Lead initiatives involving Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management, and Identity Governance
• Design and build enterprise automation solutions using Azure DevOps, GitHub, PowerShell, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code
• Improve identity security, endpoint protection, email security, security hardening, incident response support, and compliance and audit readiness
• Lead complex engineering initiatives and influence technical direction and architecture decisions
• Mentor and develop other engineers
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with global teams to solve challenging technical problems
• Partner with security, cloud, and application teams to modernize and secure Quest's global technology environment

• 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering experience
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Defender, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure AD Connect
• 7+ years of experience with Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Vulnerability Management, and Endpoint Protection
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitHub, and PowerShell
• Deep expertise supporting Microsoft 365 environments including Entra ID and Active Directory
• Experience implementing automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity initiatives
• Success in leading technical projects and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Associate degree in information services, computer science, or equivalent
• Must be located in Panama
• Full-time availability Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour workday and 8 am local start time
• Some after-hours and weekend work may be required
