Marketing Content Specialist

• Create mobile video ads for BeReal that engage audiences at scale, leveraging platform-native formats and performance creative best practices
• Benchmark competitors, identifying opportunities from trends, user behaviors and cultural moments
• Adapt existing BeReal creative concepts and develop new ones to support growth objectives across different audiences and markets
• Use AI for creative production, productivity and operational workflows
• Read hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to understand performance and iterate quickly and effectively
• Contribute to transversal creative initiatives, including testing new tools, formats, and production workflows
• Work within a small creative squad and collaborate closely with the global team when needed

• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.)
• Creative and have a hacker mindset, turning "we should make something about this" into a finished video by the end of the day
• Strong instincts for content and understand what captures attention online
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
