Salesforce Functional Analyst (Mid-Level) – Sales Cloud

• Support and enhance sales processes on the Salesforce platform.
• Translate business needs into solutions aligned with the organization’s requirements.
• Gather, refine, and detail requirements.
• Create user stories and define acceptance criteria.

• Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and Record Types.
• Security and Access Control, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Requirements Gathering and Refinement.
• User Story and Acceptance Criteria Writing.
• Solution Definition Using Native Features.
• Basic knowledge of integrations and platform limits.
• UAT and acceptance testing facilitation.
• User training and adoption support.
• Stakeholder management.
• Agile methodologies, Scrum/Kanban.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Communication and solution demonstration skills.
