Product Designer

• Own the design of product features end to end, from understanding the problem to delivering designs and supporting implementation
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Design clear, efficient interfaces for complex sales workflows, including pipelines, tables, and dashboards
• Help shape the product’s mobile experience, beginning with responsive web and adapting complex interfaces for smaller screens
• Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve designs
• Contribute to the design system by creating and refining reusable components and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with developers to communicate design intent, address implementation questions, and ensure the quality of shipped features

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally working on B2B SaaS products
• A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating design process, decision-making, and individual contribution
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, particularly for complex, data-heavy interfaces
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and reusable component creation
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems
• Ability to take ownership of features and work independently
• Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with developers
• Fluent English
