Senior C# Developer – MS365

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
• Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team
• Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend
• Estimate efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity
• Develop hard and soft skills together with the team
• Make technical decisions
• Lead and involve others in code reviews
• Ensure a positive team atmosphere, team learning, and motivation
• Communicate with project stakeholders
• Establish and review team communication and processes
• Prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives

• 5+ years of software development in commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibility
• Result-oriented, proactive approach
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Technical mindset with great attention to details
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency level sufficient to communicate with international teams
