Strategic Sales Rep – Southeast

• Sell RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic communication to customers in an assigned territory
• Conduct market and company research to identify potential clients and contacts
• Perform cold-calling activities
• Schedule and hold virtual or phone-based introductory meetings
• Develop sales strategies for presenting products or solutions
• Deliver client presentations virtually or onsite
• Respond to requests for proposal, bid, and information
• Coordinate and transfer client and account knowledge to Sales or Client Services team members
• Record all touchpoints in the Customer Relationship Management System
• Maintain current knowledge of RRD products and industry insights
• Analyze and filter account and prospect data to build forecasts and sales strategies
• Conduct sales activities independently or collaboratively with another RRD Sales Representative

• Experience promoting packaging, labels (e.g., UV thermal coated, RFID labels, etc.), and supply chain solutions preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software preferred
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience working collaboratively with individuals and departments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and adjust to business needs
• B2B sales experience preferred
• Associate degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience preferred
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen
• Air Force MOS 83R0, Marine MOS 8411, or Army MOS 79R listed as relevant military occupational specialties
