Operations Associate – Client Delivery

• Grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service
• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial
• Run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying process failures
• Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing stalled work
• Notice slipped work, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked
• Make independent decisions and take ownership of their outcomes
• Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly
• Complete an asynchronous interview, aptitude tests, video introduction, verification step, paid screen, and six-to-eight-week paid trial
• Make decisions on live work during the trial and receive direct feedback

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job
• During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day, including 2 hours at a fixed time inside the company's working day
• If successful, give notice and join full time within 30 days
• Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live
• Strong written English
• Based in Indonesia
• Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one
• Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
• No minimum years of experience; candidates are evaluated through the trial
• Employment history must be accurately represented and verifiable through contracts and payslips

• 1000 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability
• Pay increases by 50 percent after passing the 90-day review
• One-month annual bonus (13th month pay in the Philippines and South Africa, THR in Indonesia)
