Senior AI Specialist

• Proactively develop ideas for where and how AI can be used in the product, organization, and workflows
• Analyze existing company data and develop ideas for customer-focused AI value
• Help shape and expand Loopario’s AI strategy, taking benefits, costs, and feasibility into account
• Advise all teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, on AI-related topics
• Turn ideas into concrete solutions
• Support the Development team in enhancing existing AI tools
• Optimize AI-related processes and workflows
• Monitor AI developments and train various teams on AI topics and usage
• Empower colleagues to use AI confidently in their day-to-day work
• Build proprietary AI tools and prototypes to validate ideas quickly
• Work with the team to decide which prototypes should be pursued further

• An AI mindset and enthusiasm for rapid developments in the field of AI
• Extensive hands-on experience with Claude
• Knowledge of current AI trends and tools, with the ability to distinguish hype from genuine value
• Hands-on experience building AI tools
• Programming skills to understand technical concepts and implement personal prototypes; C# is a plus
• Strong data understanding and an instinct for using and preparing existing data for AI applications
• Ability to explain complex AI topics clearly and inspire non-technical colleagues
• Fluent German, both written and spoken
• Good command of English
• No prior experience independently programming or training AI models is required
