Trade Solutions Specialist

• Identify and approach companies involved in construction and trade-related projects
• Build relationships with new and existing customers through direct outreach and regular contact
• Arrange and conduct meetings at customer sites, including construction and investment locations
• Demonstrate DEWALT tools and solutions in real working environments
• Understand customer needs, current tool usage, and day-to-day job site challenges
• Recommend solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and job site performance
• Drive opportunities from first contact through demonstration to order closure
• Identify upselling opportunities and support growth within existing accounts
• Gather customer and market feedback and share insights with internal teams
• Represent the DEWALT brand professionally and promote safe, effective tool usage

• Experience in sales, field sales, technical sales, customer acquisition, or a similar customer-facing commercial role
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to engage customers and explain product benefits clearly
• Good understanding of tools, equipment, and practical job site applications
• Experience or knowledge within construction, industrial, or trade-related environments is ideal
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Commercial drive and ability to identify and develop business opportunities
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer and investment sites
