Consultant, SAP Run Services

• Provide SAP SD support for existing business processes
• Deliver small enhancements for country-specific business processes within a global template
• Analyze ABAP code and identify problems in highly customized and modified processes
• Collaborate with the CoE Build Team
• Customize SAP systems in SAP SD
• Solve SAP SD module-specific problems for internal and external customers
• Provide functional descriptions and business process support to the development team
• Create business-standard documentation for new developments
• Participate in trainings
• Support objectives and tasks of other IT organizations
• Transfer knowledge to Support Team members, Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, and external Consultants
• Document existing and new functions
• Monitor and maintain the support queue
• Maintain the application-issues knowledge base
• Mentor new team members
• Ensure enhancement designs adhere to the global template
• Communicate and escalate support issue trends and gaps to the Supervisor
• Collaborate with Business Users to understand business impacts and priorities
• Meet attendance and punctuality standards

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 5 years professional experience as an SD Consultant
• SAP ERP SO expert configuration knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills
• Customer-oriented behavior
• Very strong business problem-solving skills
• Willingness to cooperate closely with business and consulting partners
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Very good English language skills
• One additional language preferred
