Senior Tech Recruiter

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the Engineering scope, including Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, DevOps engineers, Engineering Managers, and Senior Engineering Managers
• Act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers by challenging, anticipating, alerting, and recommending beyond pipeline reporting
• Produce data and predictive reporting, including forecasts, early warnings, and KPIs, to influence hiring decisions
• Leverage AI for sourcing, screening, and Ashby-stage automation, and contribute to the shared AI/agent library
• Contribute to team projects and rituals covering referrals, employer branding, process, candidate experience, D&I, and AI
• Build and nurture talent pools proactively for strategic roles
• Deliver an outstanding end-to-end candidate experience
• Challenge and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
• Recruit across Europe as part of Pennylane’s Tech, Data and Security Talent Acquisition team

• At least 4 years of tech recruitment experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
• Actively use AI in day-to-day work and believe in its potential to transform recruiting
• Highly data-driven, tracking metrics to measure performance and optimize processes
• Valued by hiring managers as a true business partner
• Deliver an exceptional experience to highly sought-after candidates
• Radical ownership and strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of roles in a highly autonomous environment
• Experience navigating modern ATS platforms, ideally Ashby
• Fluent in French and English and comfortable conducting interviews in both languages
