Senior Financial Analyst – Collections

• Perform senior-level financial analysis focused on collections
• Issue invoices and tax receipts
• Support financial period-end closing activities
• Manage collections and credit management activities
• Work with financial systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms
• Apply knowledge of U.S. banking operations
• Meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts while working independently

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field; candidates currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas may also be considered
• Experience issuing invoices and tax receipts
• At least 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, including at least 2 years in a senior analyst role
• Hands-on experience supporting financial period-end closing activities
• Strong results orientation and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and able to execute tasks independently
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms
• Knowledge of U.S. banking operations
• Advanced English proficiency, assessed during the interview
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
