Legal Expert, German – AI Training

• Help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional legal tasks
• Build workspaces and files
• Write prompts
• Create grading rubrics based on real legal work in Germany
• Collaborate on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
• Complete approximately 21 hours per week on an hourly basis
• Work on a flexible schedule; projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance

• 5+ years of legal practice
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist)
• Deep knowledge of BGB, HGB, GmbHG, and German court procedure
• Must work as an independent contractor
• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported
